At Diva Boutique Online, we want you to love your look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in your authorization email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email for the full value of the returned merchandise.
